MILHOUSE – A biography of their cover band genius
Formed in the south of France in early 2001, Milhouse are a 3 piece, all singing, all dancing covers band of amazing versatility. With many years of gigging experience at all levels of the music business (except the top), they know how to get a crowd going. From boogieing with your bad self right through to head nodding rockers (via Funk and Punk, Soul and Rock’n’Roll) Milhouse can cater a set to the needs of their audience young or old and can even arrange to learn extra special tunes in advance depending on the occasion (but look overleaf at their massive repertoire…isn’t it huge?)
The
Milhouse set contains such a varied bag of hit tunes that no-one but those who
forgot to ask for their favourite song or those with the ice in their veins

…Mr Andy ‘No Biz Like Showbiz’ Munro;
Andy likes to love and caress his audience like he would a wet puppy; his charismatic
stage patter demands a loving response from those in his musical care. He knows
many jokes and cheats at cards.

Drums and backing vocals it’s…
Mr Jamie ‘It was like that when I got here’ Fisher;
Exploiting his all-American-quarterbacks good looks and his thick manly hair
(unfortunately most of it’s on his back), Jamie’s experience drumming
for showbiz legends such as Samantha Fox and the late Russ Abbot (and his funky
five) carries the groove straight to the audience’s booty. But he’s
not just a hunk of funking love…oh no, he’s also flexible enough
to caress those skins as he sings oh so sweet and oh so high.

Bass and backing vocals it’s
Mr Pat ‘My monkey just won’t give it up’ McGarvey
Cold-hearted music business entrepreneur Pat likes to spend his spare time stepping
on smaller bands and crushing their pathetic demo tapes in his custom made ‘Insta-squash-contraption’.
It’s made out of several magnets, some pipe cleaners and a big hammer.
He also plays bass and sings like an angel with Milhouse…but when will
his evil past catch up with him?
