in 1999, a group of the UK’s top session musicians went to see one of
the greatest live bands the world has ever seen.
Inspired by the energy and fun exuded by this band, these very same musicians decided to merge their individual musical talent and formed Absolute Earth Wind & Fire, the top tribute to those kings of West Coast disco and funk, Earth Wind & Fire.
The band is formed by musicians of the highest calibre, having between them worked with artists such as Elton John, Sting, Lionel Ritchie, Rod Stewart, Pet Shop Boys, Meat Loaf, and Diana Ross to name but a few.
With Absolute Earth Wind & Fire, what you get is the closest to the real thing as possible. Every show totally live and performed in stunning, authentic costume. Given that the band is formed of 12 musicians, they are more ideally suited to larger venues, and festivals. Among their past clients are Ferrari, The Millennium Dome, the BBC and Manchester United.
The
show can be anything from 20 minutes to 90 minutes, and what you get is the
most intense, groovy, non-stop party atmosphere this side of the real thing!
